ID Center Hours

Students and employees getting a first ID card, or replacing a card that is approx. 2 or more years old, must submit a new photo online before visiting the ID Center.
Photo submission is required for students and employees.

New students - please submit your photo 1 month before the start of your first semester/term to make sure your ID card is ready for the start of school!

Staff, faculty, retirees, and their spouse and dependent may also get ID cards at the Benefits Office, D-240 ASB.

Winter 2025 Hours (Jan 8 - Apr 15):

Mondays: 9:30am - 4:25pm
Tuesdays: 8:30am - 5:25pm
Wednesdays: 8:30am - 4:25pm
Thursdays: 9:30am - 5:25pm
Fridays: 9:30am - 4:25pm
Closed every Tuesday from 10:45am to 12:10pm.

Closed spring break Friday and all federal and state holidays.

Mornings are less busy than afternoons.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing.

Make sure you've received your "approved" email at least 15 minutes before visiting our office.
